I am here to help with Pumpulse milkers set up, the other milkers might differ because the components may vary from band to brnad, but the principles are the same.

The First thing I want say is this: the milker machine use vacuum pressure (suction) to pull out the milker from the odder, either cow, goat or other animals, or even a milking mom. The connection start from the pump, and end to the claw cluster, the tank(s) are all in between. The hoses conduct the flow of suction and so the milk. Milker tank/bucket always connect to the cluster where the milker is collected. the vacuum tank/liquid collector, if you get one, is between the milk bucket and the pump. The pulsator should be sitting some where between, and should connect to the smaller pulsation line(s) to the cluster. Vacuum gauge and regulator(if you have it) can be any where between the pump and the milk bucket, for pressure indication or regulation. With this in mind, it should be easy to connect the components together.
